Operative Experience (OEI), a leading developer of healthcare simulation and education solutions, today announced the promotion of OEI’s CFO, Justin Weitzenfeld to Senior Vice President Operations/CFO, responsible for all finance and manufacturing operations at the company’s headquarters in North East, Maryland.

Weitzenfeld joined OEI in 2018 with over 15 years of experience in accounting, finance, and investor relations. Has was previously Director of M&A Operations Integration at Relias Learning, a leading SAAS provider in eLearning, and Chief Financial Officer for Redilearning, an eLearning and training solution for senior living care providers.
Weitzenfeld will continue to serve as the company’s Chief Financial Officer.
