Aberdeen, MD — March 23, 2026 — Operative Experience announces that Paul Bernal, Vice President of Global Sales, will be leaving the company to pursue other endeavors. Operative Experience thanks Mr. Bernal for his service and wishes him success in his future pursuits. For the interim, Lou Oberndorf, Chairman and CEO, will assume the role of Head of Sales, with support from Senior Sales Director Renata Sutton.
