The new facility will enable Operative Experience to accelerate growth in healthcare simulation manufacturing.
Aberdeen, Maryland, February 22 2022 – Operative Experience Inc., (OEI), a leading developer of human patient simulation technology for healthcare education, today announced the relocation and expansion of its corporate headquarters to a new office and manufacturing facility in Aberdeen, Maryland.
“The decision to move to a new, larger facility was a logical step in our business growth strategy as we look to expand production to meet the needs of our customers in the medical education community,” said CFO and SVP-Operations, Justin Weitzenfeld. “The new location will provide the opportunity to expand staffing and capabilities in production, development, and customer service to meet current and future markets.”
The new 18,000 square foot facility will accommodate production of the TCS Pro Series, a brand new line of fully-modular trauma simulators which feature interchangeable wounds and trauma configurations that allow healthcare educators to transform one simulator from, for example, a medical patient to a polytrauma patient on the fly and in a matter of minutes.
“This is an important milestone as we continue to expand and develop new technologies and markets and we look forward to this next exciting chapter in our growth and to welcoming our employees, customers, and investors to our new headquarters facility,” added Chairman and CEO, Lou Oberndorf.
