North East, MD, October 31, 2023 – Operative Experience (OEI), a leader in healthcare simulation solutions, has announced the opening of a new office in Munich, Germany. This expansion is part of the company’s strategic plan to increase its presence in Europe and the Middle East.
The new office will allow OEI to provide better customer support, strengthen relationships with key industry partners, and enhance its service offering worldwide. This new location is part of OEI’s expanding footprint, having just opened a new customer support facility in San Antonio, Texas.

The 2,200-square-foot facility is located in the Eching business district on the outskirts of Munich and will provide offices for executives, sales representatives, and customer support personnel.
