Aberdeen Md. July 26, 2023 – Operative Experience, a leading provider of healthcare simulation products and services, today announced that Dana Rich has joined the company as Sales Manager for North America. In this role, Rich will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies and managing customer relationships in the region.
Rich brings more than 10 years of experience in sales and marketing to Operative Experience. Before joining Operative Experience, she held various sales and marketing positions at TacMed Solutions and Trauma FX, where she was responsible for all aspects of channel sales, and inside sales management including prospecting, sales presentations, conversions, market analysis, staff training, and key account management.

Rich studied marketing at the University of Utah and Weber State.
