Retired Air Force medic and nursing operations leader to drive OEI’s next phase of growth across military, EMS, and clinical training markets.
ABERDEEN, Md. July 27, 2026 — Operative Experience, Inc. (OEI), a global leader in healthcare simulation and tactical medicine, today announced the promotion of Renata Sutton from Director of Global Sales to Vice President of Business Development.
In her new role, Renata will lead OEI’s business development strategy across the company’s core markets — military medical training, emergency medical services, and labor and delivery education — expanding partnerships with the U.S. Department of Defense, allied forces, academic medical centers, and healthcare systems worldwide.
Renata joined OEI as Business Development Manager for the U.S. Air Force before advancing to lead the company’s global sales organization. A retired U.S. Air Force Chief Master Sergeant and medic, she brings decades of military healthcare leadership to the role, having served as Director of Air Force Enlisted Nursing Operations and Director of PACAF Enlisted Nursing Operations, where she oversaw enlisted medical readiness and training operations across the Air Force’s largest Combatant Command. That firsthand understanding of the medics, nurses, and clinicians OEI serves has been a defining strength of her tenure with the company.
