Aberdeen, MD, March 24, 2025 – Operative Experience Inc. (OEI), a global leader in healthcare simulation and tactical medicine, announced today that Justin Weitzenfeld, Senior Vice President of Operations and CFO, has stepped down effective March 24th, 2025, to pursue new opportunities.
The company promoted two senior leaders to succeed Weitzenfeld: Tom Whytas, formerly Director of Finance, will assume the role of VP of Finance and Operations, while Jason Robbins, previously Director of Program Management, will become VP of Programs and Global Support. Weitzenfeld is working closely with both executives to ensure a seamless transition.

Weitzenfeld will assist the company in a temporary advisory capacity through the transition period.
